THE BENEFITS OF BODYWEIGHT EXERCISE
One hallmark of CrossFit training is the use of functional bodyweight exercises. The pullup, pushup, situp, squat, and other bodyweight exercises allow you to enhance flexibility, agility, coordination, balance, and overall conditioning. Plus, you can do bodyweight exercises just about anywhere without additional equipment. More difficult bodyweight exercises will develope elite fitness, which is something we should all strive for.
